Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Offers simple exercises so you can work out at home without the high dollar machines.
Been there one time and will never return. Therapists are totally hands off and pay no attention to the clients. They'll show you how to do an exercise, walk away, set a timer and play on their computer until the timer goes off. You never get a steady work out of reps and sets because everything is timed. Most of their equipment is raggedy and looks like it's held together with duct tape and bungee cords.
