The man Todd Jones came to my home and appraised my home at a value that was ridiculous, it went down 30k in less than 3 years and I'm sitting between 2 houses pricing at 395k and 407k. And he used homes in New Brockton which is 12 miles from my home and there is a neighborhood that is 6 miles withe the same builders and square footage of my home starting at 300k. I believe he knows i paid less for mine to be built and low balled us. I'm highly upset and never want to use them again. I've sent several emails and no response
