Excellent service and care. Have taken 2 pets to this facility and happy every time.
Very nice receptionists and vet techs, but notoriously long wait times. My first time there I waited 2 hours past my scheduled appointment to be seen. My most recent visit I waited over 1 1/2 hours to be seen. Dr. Story could not have cared less.
I was very happy with their service, knowledge, and care. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. It did take awhile to be seen, however once we were in the room I didn’t feel rushed to explain or talk to them about what had transpired with my dog so that they could get the full picture of what happened. So many clinics rush you in and out because of a schedule, and I get that but so much is missed when you are rushed. It is nice to visit a clinic that takes the time to listen first and then examine. Very nice staff and doctors but they always overbook and have you wating 20 to 30 mins passed your appointment. I don't think I was ever seen on time since mybpet has been a patient. This is a issue because people have to maintain thier jobs and when you take time off for an appointment you want to be seen especially in these times where employers are doing major cuts. The care was great but its the after care that is a major issue.
