Veterinary doctor is very nice and helpful in explaining what procedures need to be done and what to expect from the company.
We come for our third recheck this afternoon. My dog Maggie has been back and forth between our regular vet and the specialist and was recently diagnosed with retinal detachment, though we are still trying to determine the underlying cause. She is definitely a unique case, but Dr. Storey and his staff have been incredibly patient and gentle with her, especially since she gets nervous. We always appreciate the care they give her and look forward to seeing them again.
The doctor was amazing and gave us a lot of his time. The staff was maybe even better with no dumb questions. They litterally saved our baby girl.
My chief complaint is not their fault - they're just too far away! Finding a pet opthalmologist can be difficult, but if you can make it here, you will have excellent care for your furry friend's eye issues. A small aside, it is a small practice, so sometimes there can be a wait or delay on a scheduled appointment, but trust me when I say they're worth it.
I had a great experience. They were so compassionate, knowledgeable and made my cat feel comfortable
