In April 2021 I moved into a brand new home constructed by Southdown. My address is 105 Shilling Avenue Malvern, PA. I am first occupant. From the first day of move in the home has had serious issues. We have experienced repeated pipe and system leaks, water penetration from the exterior to the interior of the home, and horrifying and serious sewage back up issues.
