Not sure if they should be accepting guinea pigs at all. They are more cats and dogs. It doesn't seem they had experience with guinea pig. They sent the blood test of my guinea pig with feline (cat) reference . The current guinea pig vet I deal with, mentioned it needs to be sent to a different lab for testing for guinea pig and thyroid issues . Recommending multiple tests without proper plan of what treatment is possible. Do yourself a favor , go to legitimate exotic mammals vet. Don't waste time and money here for small ex... read more
Expensive and no clarity on cost of services. Should be fair and explain the cost of services before just going ahead and charging a customer.
My furry companion has been going here ever since 2021. Although this is the only clinic we have known, trust & visit, I must say that Dr. Warren & the entire staff is amazing, very welcoming & ethical. The staff is excellent at follow ups & very responsive. The clinic itself is very clean & well kept. My little girl loves visiting the clinic for her annual checkups. I would highly recommend this pet clinic.
