There was no clear communication that I would have to pay $175 out of pocket for a consultation exam. That was a surprise to me at the end of the visit. It should’ve been communicated up front that there could be a fee if insurance didn’t cover it.
I wish I could give ten stars. Really amazing dentist and staff here! I never thought I'd be able to be calm and make it through a dentist appointment without having a panic attack. Dr. Cook is gentle and patient, as is Kris, my hygienist. They are both attentive and listen closely. Truly professional! I hadn't been to a dentist in 25 years due to overwhelming fear.
