I am very lucky to have a doctor that actually listens and takes the time to help me. He does everything to help, listens to all my question and gives me my answers. I like that he wil look things up as well that tells me he cares. I don't feel rushed. He is a kind caring doctor. I get referrals and all my scripts sent in. His staff is super nnice at the front. His nurse is a very caring and friend person. I can't say anything bad. Wait time to get in is reasonable. He is on top of my stuff.
I've had the privilege of being under the care of Doctor Southcott for several years now, and I can confidently say that he is excellent in every way. From the moment I first walked into his office, I knew I was in good hands, and my trust in him has only grown stronger over time.
Terrible! They're really understanding. The doctor is rude and doesn't try to solve our problems. Zero starts for them.
Dr Southcott is a lovely doctor who actually listens to you. Yes he looks up information, as he should. All doctors check medications and symptoms but probably not in front of you. I can get in to see him when I need to have an appointment. He is kind and is especially good with children. I believe that people who write reviews do so because they enjoy complaining. I appreciate a doctor who double checks facts and will send you to a Specialist if he isn't certain.
I have been here since Dr. Bartlett. My sister and all of our children ended up with Dr. Southcott not by choice. We all have the same terrible, experience with him every time. He is not very knowledgeable, with almost every visit he has to pull out his phone to Google any information, I mean I could of done that myself. I would feel more comfortable being with a Dr. who knew his stuff.
