This company breached my contract and didn't payed me! Lousy owner and management.
beware of this company came to denver colorado to do a couple of jobs and did not pay the contractor and even so the superintendent named marcelino landino stole the contractor's tool please do not win work for this company
DO NOT subcontract for this company and do not hire them! We completed work for SouthCore as their concrete subcontractor for an exterior patio project for a restaurant remodel. The owner of the restaurant was thrilled by our work - but not with SouthCore. SouthCore was disorganized, late, and unprofessional. ADDITIONALLY, we had to file a lawsuit in order to be paid for the work that was completed. This company is a joke.
