Vaughan and his team provided excellent response to my plumbing issue. Vaughan came around Saturday morning, assessed my hot water system problem and completed the required work on Monday afternoon. I have used Southside Roofing and Plumbing since I moved to Phillip Island 8 years ago and have always had excellent service with and first class workmanship.
Vaughan and crew managed to solve a particularly shitty problem with persistence and expertise. Their equipment was great. The location off the plan was spot on. The costs more than reasonable. Prompt service. Reliable and when needing to contact, if call not answered straight away, I left a message and was contacted by either Vaughan or Daniel as soon as they could. Usually next day. Extremely happy with the job, done well. Reasonable price. Lovely to deal with, very obliging.
