I recently was seen by Dr. Caroline Plamondon in the Dartmouth location. As it was my first appointment, I confirmed my appointment time online AND called the day prior to confirm again (and the location). The office was nice looking, but I waited over 45 minutes- because according to the staff, my appointment was at a different time than I was told.
