This place is going downhill FAST! They’ve been my doctor for almost a decade and it’s never been this bad. They cancel more than half of your scheduled appointments and give you new ones that are weeks later and fall while you’re working. When you call to tell them you can’t make the new appointment they made without asking you, they act like YOU are the problem. They are trying to drop me as a patient after sending a letter that specifically stated “you have not had ANY INTERACTION with the office in 3 years” I messaged them saying what about the telehealth you made me do last year when I wanted to be seen in person? “Oh telehealth doesn’t count” I have been coming here my entire life basically, since I was under 10 years old.
