Unquestionably, the worst medical records and phone communications of any hospital I have ever encountered. I had a CT study done on Memorial Day, and needed to get a CD of it for my physician at Mass General. It took me nearly an hour to negotiate through all the dead ends, voicemails refusing to accept messages etc. Rather than have central electronic medical records with single point responsibility, they send patients on a snipe hunt for a responsible individual.
