I would leave zero stars if that was possible. The system for calling in prescriptions at Southcoast is fundamentally broken. Every time my husband is prescribed medications, he must call the doctor's office over and over in order to get his prescriptions. The staff always make excuses, blames the pharmacy (even though my husband has used various pharmacies with the same results), ignores messages, and acts as if my husband is annoying them by simply trying to get his medicine.
