Ida, at SouthCoast Laboratory, responded to my call for lab work ordered by an MD out of the SouthCoast system. I cannot state enough how wonderful Ida was to work with over the phone this morning. the nurse working today made me feel horrible about even being there, I hope whatever she’s going through resolves so no one else has to feel like I felt today.
Never experienced so many miserable employees in one place before... All I wanted was a urine sample jar -you'd have thought I was leaving the sample right there on the floor... 2 stars because at least they were open
