My first time here was during a 7:00 A.M. echocardiogram appointment. My husband joined me in this endeavor without an issue. We did have a little trouble navigating where we had to go because MyChart only told me the address of the building, not what area of the building. There was a random lady (not an employee) who helped us out the the best of her ability. There wasn't anyone at the greeter desk. The ultrasound tech who did my echocardiogram was really awesome. Worst hospital I’ve ever been too costumer service is terrible
Excellent service!! I went for neck and upper back. I have Brenda, she is awsome! I am writing this because of her! She is so warm and kind, I cried the first two visits because I finally got the care needed, finally found person who cared ❤ ❤ ❤ Thank you!!
