I must say this facility has been here a while, I remember when I went here and now I'm waiting on my love one to come out from his doctor's appointment today. The staff was wonderful in greeting and taken care of his needs. As I wait I can see their is little bit of wait time and efficiency in getting their patience in and out with care. Would recommend them to anyone love one. Thanks
Terrible office - if you have questions or need someone to call you back - don’t count on it. We left a message with the staff, tried calling back the next day and were surprised when they answered the phone. My husband explained we left a message, we need a new RX for my CPAP so the company doesn’t take it back, there response was “we got your message, we’re in clinic now so we can’t do anything until later”. Zero if I could I moved from Colorado to Georgia Fall of last year for college by myself, knowing nothing about the area and having just been diagnosed with a sleeping disorder at the beginning of that year, sleep doctors were still relatively new to me. Everything said, Southcoast was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any sleep doctor or doctor in general and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this facility as far as sleep doctors go if it was the last option from the list.
