There is nothing professional or Urgent about this alleged health care center.I have visited this facility twice. Both times I left enraged about being sent into an examining room left to languish for 20 plus minutes before an attendant would come in play 20 questions .on medications and personal info not related to my situation.Then take my vitals and not tell me what they were .Tell me someone would be in to address my issue .which was Strep throat .Leave and not come back. Unquestionably, the worst medical records and phone communications of any hospital I have ever encountered. I had a CT study done on Memorial Day, and needed to get a CD of it for my physician at Mass General. It took me nearly an hour to negotiate through all the dead ends, voicemails refusing to accept messages etc. Rather than have central electronic medical records with single point responsibility, they send patients on a snipe hunt for a responsible individual. This Dr has made mothers feel guilty for no reason whatsoever. He is quick to prescribe strong meds to other peoples' patients. When he is the on call doctor, he has been known to prescribe ritalin, sleeping pills, and asthma meds to children at a VERY young age, when it is unnecessary and they are NOT HIS PATIENTS... He is NOT a member of the AMA. And his office is disgusting.
The doctors are a mixed bag of people. Bond is rude and cold, Levy is moody, Deleo is brusk but competant. The main staff are nice, unless they don't like you for some reason.And the nurses in training are completely incompetant. The waiting room blares a TV at you with a continuous loop of local news. Very annoying. The exam rooms smell germy and stale..like they never have them cleaned and the air doesn't circulate at all. Disgusting. I always come home with a cold.
