Southcoast health decided I wanted paperless billing. I never had any say in the issue. They just decided what was best for me. I didn't, and still don't have any interest in paperless billing. When I do my taxes, I have to go through 12 months of credit card statements to find medical deductions, which essentially ads hours to tax prep. My last bill which I received on 12/16/25 I paid by mail, using the my chart notice, and mailed it and a check to thier Boston address. If you are looking to pay a bill in person forget it. Even though it says billing center they do not accept payments
DEI is here in full swing. I got a bill in the mail for $39.30 and when I called to pay on line it was a totally different amount due. Now I know why they have a 1 star rating. Socialized healthcare at its best.
They are impossible to get a hold of and keep billing my insurances incorrectly. Totally unacceptable
