This is my experience with South Coast.: I called and never got further than the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered who made it sound like I was a pain in the ass from the minute I called. I ended up becoming dismayed with her attitude. I hung up the phone and I'll find another place to set my broken arm. Dr. Manoli is fantastic! He took the time to listen to me and make a plan for my care. I had a second opinion today and I was so glad I came here. The staff was very friendly and inviting also. Will definitely be back
