why is my wife constantly on hold for 10-20 minute stretches its absolutely unprofessional.
went to this gyno a few months ago, they were extremely rude and dismissive. the female gyno told me i had “post pill pcos” (which is only supposed to last a year) when i was a year and a half post pill. just forward to now, guess what i actually have? PCOS! They suck here and do not know how to diagnose. go to planned parenthood in providence, i got diagnosed in TWO appointments and it would’ve been one if i didn’t have to wait for lab results.
the girls who work here are rude as hell
had an appointment booked to renew my birth control they canceled my appointment because that certain doctor was going to be on “vacation” so i have been calling to reschedule for TWO MONTHS NOW and have not received a call back once , every time someone answers they say they’ll let the front desk know and won’t even transfer me so over it.
