absolutely terrible experience. with it being my first pregnancy i expected more thorough visits and more explanations. i got barely any information at any visit. my first ultrasound was transvaginal and the tech didn’t even speak to me. made me feel very uncomfortable and nothing was explained to me at all about what they were going to do. if i hadn’t done my own research i would’ve had no idea what that probe even was. Every minute of my visit today with Dr. Martin was impressive. Checking in with Ashley (I asked her name as she was so good and I believe it was Ashley, but I have a horrible memory for names) at the front who was so kind and personable along with informative. The nurse Sue was brilliant, informative, and very personable like I was sitting and talking with an old friend who genuinely cared about me and my wealth being. I have rarely have had a bad experience here. The staff is always great except for some of the receptionists. One who insisted that they didn’t do imaging there and that I had to go to the office next door, refusing to even check my chart, which made me late for my appointment, as well as one that flat out hung up on me because I was not available for the times she wanted to schedule me and she therefore had to speak to a provider first.
