Just spoke with someone at the front desk named Victoria, she was so sweet I was honestly so surprised because usually they are very nonchalant or kind of indifferent over the phone. I’m not sure if she’s new but she is awesome. Good job Victoria I hope you see this!!
the female doctor made both me and my NP sound like idiots. i have an absence of periods for 130+ days and all i was told to do was either take a birth control (which i said multiple times i refuse to do after negative experiences on it) and take supplements. she was belittling towards my habits and when i made a simple comment she was extremely rude in her response. the receptionist was nice- but when i came the check out told me im “all set” even though the doctor wanted a follow up scheduled and labs scheduled. i drove 25... read more
absolutely terrible experience. with it being my first pregnancy i expected more thorough visits and more explanations. i got barely any information at any visit. my first ultrasound was transvaginal and the tech didn’t even speak to me. made me feel very uncomfortable and nothing was explained to me at all about what they were going to do. if i hadn’t done my own research i would’ve had no idea what that probe even was.
