The front desk administration is not reliable. When my health insurance changed, I phoned the office to ensure they accepted it. They did, I was told. Even though I was on vacation 3.5 hours away, I drove to the appointment since they are hard to get. When I arrived, I was told they actually do not take my insurance. Back in the car now and I feel it’s important for people to know the front desk staff is either ignorant or too lazy to check a patient’s insurance and records properly.
I've had a great experience here. The desk staff is friendly and organized, and NP Francesca and Dr Boyle have always made me feel heard and well cared for. They're kind and patient, and have a lot of knowledge. We're lucky to have them on the island.
Basic med care, doesn't feel like there is a true interest in the individual. No follow up on information from visits unless they are co-paid, I will say this seems typical of all healthcare, no humanity just the dollar.
