I've had a great experience here. The desk staff is friendly and organized, and NP Francesca and Dr Boyle have always made me feel heard and well cared for. They're kind and patient, and have a lot of knowledge. We're lucky to have them on the island.
Basic med care, doesn't feel like there is a true interest in the individual. No follow up on information from visits unless they are co-paid, I will say this seems typical of all healthcare, no humanity just the dollar.
I just started care here in May of 2024. I've had nothing but top level care from the front desk staff to all of the practitioners that I have received care from. Their process is so well organized, and the practitioners listen and provide requested and/or necessary treatments. So glad I wound up at this practice!
