I wish I got her name but there was a lady I spoke to today on the phone who went above and beyond. I wanted to see if this office was taking new patients and as I can see, Southcoast isn’t. But she went above and beyond by letting me know I’m on a waitlist and letting me know that I can set up my chart to access things easier. She was so empathic and inviting even though the office isn’t taking new patients currently. I didn’t feel dismissed, I left the phone call with some hope. Thank you!
I see Doctor Spring for sleep apnea. He always listens to what I say and takes his time.
