Paul was very condescending and should have better people skills instead of insulting people
Swansea office is HORRIBLE. TWICE my appointments have been rescheduled and nobody ever bothered to notify me. The recent reschedule was due to a "specialist" there (forget their name) referring me to someone that only sees patients 45+ (im not even 30...) no one called me to let me know that appointment was canceled, no one called to reschedule. <9 month update> "Rheumatologist is an expensive specialist, and a lot of expensive tests have been done" <2026 update> NEVER returns messages, NEVER GETS BACK TO ME, STILL NOTHING ... read more
1st please let me say the service at the Lab at this location is excellent! The technicians are prompt and courteous. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the front desk staff who on two separate occasions have not been willing to open the side door to give me access to the Lab after I’ve kindly asked for assistance. They did tell me that someone would open the door, but on both instances I had been left to just stand there until a patient leaves and I can access the door that way. I think doctor do a tough job in today's healthcare environment. About 6 years ago my PCP retired. I ended up being placed with a young lady for my new PCP. Dr. Hannah Stoops, has turned out to be a spectacular doctor. I've had female doctors before but not as a primary care doctor. This was a first for me. Obviously I was a little apprehensive when I started seeing her. Turns out she has been pivotal in changing the trajectory of my life in such a positive way.
