I have had nothing but wonderful service with all departments. Doctors are fantastic and attentive.
This place does not care whatsoever about their patients, it’s really hurtful. I was told I’m not allowed to do telehealth despite moving an hour away, so I drove an hour for my appointment and was going to be right on time until an accident on the highway caused me to be late. I called to let them know and they told me that it’s not a problem and they’d see me soon. Don't go here! Every single time I have an appointment scheduled, they call me the day before or morning of to reschedule! The doctor is always on medical leave randomly or out that day. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and get a real doctor!
Update your status on accepting new patients! Currently, listed on all health insurances you’re accepting new patients. Yet when you call they want to add you to a wait list! A waitlist does not mean you’re accepting new patients! Make it so we do t have to call you with false information.
