The facility as a whole is good. Dr. Keigwin is very thorough and the nurse practitioners are excellent. However, I cannot recommend Dr.Miniutti. She denied me antibiotics when I was very ill with Lyme disease. My condition is now chronic and could have been prevented with a course of antibiotics. I was also sent for physical therapy for burning muscles (from the Lyme diseaese) without a diagnosis, which made the problem worse. Dr Ainsworth is professional and personable. He listens to my concerns and explains his suggestions in a way I can understand. I am grateful to have him as a provider. Everyone else at the office has also been kind and helpful when interacting with them.

The staff here are horribly unprofessional and will call random patients numbers and leave messages containing PHI for other people. They refuse to let me speak with my doctor regarding seemingly unknown meds being prescribed without paying for more and more appointments. I highly recommend no one trusts this place with their personal information or money.
