Ohh Southcoast Health Billing has some amazing customer service. Some people are really good here. Patricia, not so much! How are you going to ask a patient if they are ok? While you try and not answer a question in reference to billing question?? If you work in the billing department you should know your own billing policies.
I have been trying to get my husband's Short-term/Long-term Disability paperwork filled out and faxed back to his job since the beginning of December 2024 with the Southcoast Pooler location. It has been a nightmare! This paperwork has been faxed to them over 3 times to no avail. The Adjustor from the disability team has tried to contact the office management and left a message to no avail.
