I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. P and Francesca Friel, NP. I recently had a routine physical, and at the last minute, I had to bring my 18-month-old daughter with me. Dr. P was not only thrilled to see her, but immediately put both my daughter and me at ease. Her kindness and warmth made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely comfortable. Front desk staff have been nothing but professional, friendly and expedient! I want to make that clear. I have seen Dr. Dimond for about 2-3 years, primarily out of convenience/location. It gives me no pleasure to say that all of my interactions have been nothing short of utterly awkward and completely impersonal. Not once have I ever thought "it's evident this person is truly passionate about her profession" - I personally understand how stressful the medical field can be. The front desk administration is not reliable. When my health insurance changed, I phoned the office to ensure they accepted it. They did, I was told. Even though I was on vacation 3.5 hours away, I drove to the appointment since they are hard to get. When I arrived, I was told they actually do not take my insurance. Back in the car now and I feel it’s important for people to know the front desk staff is either ignorant or too lazy to check a patient’s insurance and records properly.
