A local mentally challenged man was recently sold a video game system that didn't work. His family brought him back to the flea market so that he could get his money back. The vendor refused. I bought a Power Pack from Ali that didn't work, he would not give me a refund. Finally exchanged it for another one which also didn't work!! Got no help from the owner. Be very careful what you buy.
