I had South Coast Carpet Cleaners shampoo my carpets on 5/4/25. The technician is named Joe, said he would pre treat spots, shampoo, and leave little moisture so that it would be dry by the next day. He left the carpets soggy, they did not dry for three days , and all the spots came right back. He also skipped cleaning the single step of a stairway I asked him to include.
