Absolutely awful and disrespectful. Have been dealing with long covid and heart issues. Finally got approved for a monitor the first time and ended up in the ER with appendicitis. Monitor wasn’t on as it’s inaccurate information. Second time getting it the monitor didn’t record half the time. They ignored and still sent a report for my medical records. I called about the discrepancy and Dr. Cava hung up on me and dismissed me as a patient. They aren’t here to care for patients. They just care about money. Absolutely appalled... read more
No entiendo porque en ese lugar no tienen personal que puedan atender a pacientes que no hablen inglés. Si quiero cambiar o cancelar una cita, es complicado.
