Dr. Bannout and Kerry Cook are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. The entire office staff will work to make sure you are taken care of from making appointments, scheduling refills, emergency visits, etc. I’ve been a patient for years, and I would recommend them to anyone without a second thought. This Doctor is not good. You come in on time or early and people comes in after you gets seen before you. He picks and chooses who he wants to see. I been seeing him for 10 years and always the same. This is the last time and all he wants to do is for you to come in and get your money. I spend 2 hrs here so he can see me for 5 minutes and that's all. Dont see him he is not worth it unless you got time to waste.
Nurse McCoy is great, and she really takes her time to listen and understand you as a person.
