I have had a bad back for 50 years. Dr Dave Helmkay has worked miracles on my back. I have no disks so adjusting is a real challenge but Dr Dave has been able to give me relief, untwist my twisted pelvis and keep me walking. I have had 2 total knee replacements It is important to me to keep my back in good health so that I can continue to be mobile with walking and hiking.

Dr. Turner has done wonders with my back and neck. I am able to do things around the yard, with the dog hiking now with just minor pain, compared to horrible day in day out pain which stopped me from enjoying life.
