Where do I begin. The list is long. First we were told this is a 5 star facility and stays fully staffed. This is not truthful at all. First night my friends were there, they let the Mr. hit his head. They don't answer the bell for long periods of time, leaving them in wet and nasty Depends. They do not care what the Mr and Mrs want to eat. The staff and kitchen have been told about it several times. The Mrs is on a soft diet. She actually got pizza that was blended to mush one day. I’ve had two family members who lived at Southbrooke, and both times we had very good care. The staff, nurses and Drs were very caring, supportive and informative. Facility was always clean.

the food was cold, VERY RUDE nurses and doctors and said that lisa K hall didn't have a sign out page. Just like asking for a cup of ice like it hurts them so much to get it. i can't believe what they do to patients but If you don't like your job GO GET A NEW ONE AT THE STRIP CLUB!
