I still cannot believe what Toll brothers has done to us! We cannot eat or sleep with all the new things coming on our face as we plan to back out. Specifically Carol - agent at this community is such a scammer along with all the other higher authority there! She will not mention anything related to contract unless you ask regarding back out the contract. she never mentioned on penalties or promissory notes! This is bullshit community to begin with the prices over priced and they reduced 100k now on base price ? Are they kidding ?! Not even single thing is right since we signed the contact for about 1M home. 2 months into contract they increased the incentive and added lot premium waivers. I am a first-time homebuyer who saved for four years to afford a beautiful home. Four months into construction, Toll Brothers dropped the base price by $100K—before the home even reached the pre-drywall stage. The value of my home has already deteriorated, and I might not even be able to recover that money. Their sales agents and management have completely ruined my financial plans. Carol’s attention to detail and dedication to capturing our family’s vision were truly second to none.
