DONT DO IT!!!! We moved from out of state, and settled on this home a year ago. I gave it sometime before writing this, I know being in a development while construction is going on comes with challenges. Our experience has been less than poor. First our sod was contaminated with a different grass that was apparently dormant so now we are looking at 10-15k to replace our WHOLE yard. We enjoyed our visit to this neighborhood. The home plan layouts are great. The yards are spacious and sod grass. Toll Brothers builds an amazing home.
