Terrible experience this morning, a week ago booked my truck for a service that’s probably second time I dropped my truck here, was there 8am guy said my truck was just about to be looked at and asked if I’d wait and I said yes but went to a coffee shop to do some work and got back 10.30am guess what?! Not ready, wasted me entire morning. Thanks
Terrible experience only a few months ago. Firstly they had Afterpay advertised on the signage- not true. Went to pay and person at counter said, not sure why there- boss never got onto it. Then, recently, found had replaced bushes incorrectly when went to another mechanic. Luckily I had the money to pay the bill between $1500-$2000 at time but feel bad for those less fortunate who go in there thinking they can pay over time. 0/10. Sort your act out.
The people at Southbrook autos were professional & friendly. We were working in Rangiora when we lost the power steering in our van. The team at Southbrook autos fixed the problem the same day & at a very good price. Thanks for your help it was much appreciated.
