I've been a customer for years and have never had a complaint about the place. The wine selection is out of this world and the knowledge of the staff is very impressive. The prcies are fair and the customer service is the best I've ever expierenced. I believe it is family owned and operated and really like the people working there. If not a customer I would definitely reccommend Southbridge to anyone.
