The townhomes are beautiful and such a great value for the price and interest rates if you go with DHI mortgage. Jonathon the D.R. rep was really friendly and great to work with! He would always follow up to make sure we didn’t need anything or any questions. We went with DHI mortgage and Joshua who helped us with the loan application was great and very informative during that process.
