I had a check up and clean with Dr. Louise Winters and her bubbly personality and friendliness calmed my nerves for the first visit. Very knowledgeable and had good attention to detail, whilst educating me on what she was doing and helping me understand what needed to happen. Will definitely keep seeing her in the future.
I had a check-up with Dentist Louise, a professional dentist. However, her assistant did not smile the whole time, and the next appointment booking did not go well. I will have to phone Louise again. It's not a good idea to let the dentist's assistant handle reception and payment. The dentist is professional and skilled, however, there is room for improvement in customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at the dental clinic today with such a warm welcome from the front desk team. Louise the dentist was so wonderful to me, giving me as much information as I required and putting a plan into place to fix my teeth. I have full faith in this team and would highly recommend Southbridge Dental to anybody who needs dental work. Krystal the dental nurse was also absolutely wonderful and helpful the whole way through my examination.
