The worst bank I have gone to in the area. Unprofessional customer service. I took out money from their ATM and went inside to make change from a $20 bill and they refused because I do not have a checking or savings account specifically with them. I even showed the receipt that it was from their ATM. I will not be coming back nor will I ever recommend anyone goes to do business with this bank.
Recently did business with southbridge credit union (Auburn). The process was easy and employees are very nice. The representative I spoke with was Adele Burnam. Adele was great and I highly recommend this credit union.

was looking for a car loan. i had used SCU a few years ago for a auto loan and i had a good experience so i thought i would contact them again. at first when i called, i received service that wasn't so good. fortunately, i called back and i was able to speak with Candy at the Hobbs Brook Branch. she was fantastic - patient, knowledgeable and thorough. she gave me plenty of time to get my loan processed and accounts set up. i was able to close in a couple of days. really enjoyed my experience
