It is soooo fun
Really dirty, trashy little community. There is quite literally trash everywhere and the HOA doesn't care at all. You end up paying $128 a month to live in the PWC landfill. Terrible place for children and pets, since you have to worry about them touching or ingesting broken glass, chicken bones, and who knows what else. I've been told by the property manager that for 20 years he and the manager before him have been trying to solve this issue, but that's clearly a lie.
