I hate leaving negative reviews, especially for local businesses I’ve supported for years, but tonight’s experience with Southbound Sandwich Works in Burlington was disappointing from start to finish. We intentionally chose to order directly from the restaurant instead of using DoorDash because we wanted to support a local spot I grew up eating at and have always enjoyed.
