I hired South Bound Fencing & Lighting to install a fence at my mom’s house in September, and the installation was just completed. Everything looks beautiful! Carla was excellent, she clearly explained the process and the installation timeline. The fence is made of high-quality materials and comes with a long warranty. We are very happy with the results, and that’s why I 100% recommend this company!
Make this your fence installation company. Carla on the sales team is amazing easy to talk and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. Dustin and Payne were absolutely amazing on time, friendly and their quality of work is unmatched. Me and my husband are impressed and we really feel like we made the absolute best decision. This company doesn't do quality control on the fences they install. Dustin said he would replace the pieces that were damaged. He then lied by coming to the front door and saying he was "done" and asked for the final check which he did not receive. I have been waiting since June 12 for them to replace the damaged pieces. I have been told multiple times they are coming, they don't, and don't even bother letting me know. Do not give a final check until all the work is done!
