Do not go to this dentist. I went there and they told me I needed a crown. I went back and they said I did not need it. And then they billed my insurance for it even though they never performed the service. I reported this to their office as well as my insurance company. To this day, they have STILL not fixed the issue, and I am now unable to get the procedure I need covered by insurance. They are the most disorganized office I have ever experienced. Run away fast.
Be careful. My personal experience - During my initial visit Dr.Ali told me I had some "decay" or cavities and tried to convince me by pointing out "shadows" on my xray but I had a gut feeling they were being deceitful as they then tried to convince me I needed a root canal... I've had a near perfect dental history and I had an uncomfortable feeling they were lying and being strangely overly friendly to gain my trust in order to have me agree to this procedure ($). I am amazed by the staff at this clinic. I called at 1:30 pm with a severe toothache that kept me up at night as a new patient and I was seen and taken care of 20 min later. They were extremely accommodating. It was Saturday. I had an infection under my old crown. They loosened the crown and gave me antibiotic. U am forever grateful. I would not have been able to last with this pain through the weekend.
I had a really great experience at Southborough Dental Parents. The staff was super welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Ali Al-Rubaye was kind, gentle, and explained everything clearly, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. The whole process was smooth and painless, and I’m so happy with the results - my smile looks and feels amazing! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good and trustworthy dentist.
