Unit has a leak in the roof. Someone cleaned the roof, nice... but left the snow piled up in front of the unit. Snow was cleared all winter (nice) as a path with a large wall (if you opened the roll gate the snow would fall into the unit - not so nice) against the storage. Better check your stuff there on a regular basis because thawing snow and ice might do damage (took a picture from a bursted drainage pipe).
