Great company to work with. They were punctual, efficient, flexible and made my move easy. There was no mess or damage. They know what they are doing. Plus they were very personable. I particularly appreciate Juan Sanchez. Five stars for him.

The movers were efficient, on time and friendly. They were super helpful and helped me take some things apart I couldn’t get and even helped me move my car that was stuck. Extremely friendly and fast! A bit pricey but I see why now because the crew was great .

This is my second time using this company for a major move across the country. Both times the team has been very punctual, polite and very professional. Maribeth has helped me each step of the way making my move easy and headache free. If I need another major move I’ll be using Southbay Moving System. Highly recommend!

Others seem to have great experiences with Southbay Moving Systems, which makes ours even more disappointing. My husband is active duty military and Southbay was assigned to our unaccompanied baggage. We were 4 days from our flight overseas, and Southbay didn’t show up for their contracted move. They didn’t even contact us. I had to reach out to them each time the arrival window they provided us passed.
