Juan and his crew were AMAZING! Do fast and patient (when we weren’t quite completely packed!!) this is the second time we have used Southbay movers and would totally use them again. Movers are expensive, but SouthBay was totally worth the money and fairly reasonable; worth every penny!

South Bay Moving Systems overcharged us by over $4,000, violated their contractual delivery guarantee, charged for services we explicitly declined, and then completely ghosted us when we attempted to resolve the issues. We are now forced to dispute the charges through our credit card company and file complaints with federal regulators. What Went Wrong 1. Great company to work with. They were punctual, efficient, flexible and made my move easy. There was no mess or damage. They know what they are doing. Plus they were very personable. I particularly appreciate Juan Sanchez. Five stars for him.

The movers were efficient, on time and friendly. They were super helpful and helped me take some things apart I couldn’t get and even helped me move my car that was stuck. Extremely friendly and fast! A bit pricey but I see why now because the crew was great .
