Don’t bother renting at this place. Rent is expensive and lifts are always not working. Go somewhere else!!! Queues are horrible.
Again, lift out of service. happens every month, so which party to blame? None. Its all owners' or renters' faults. Lol.
I’ve rented with micm at other buildings before and had some very rude and horrific experiences with other concierge members of staff (not all of them but some). But moving into Southbank place has been a refreshing change. The staff here have been very welcoming and accomodating to our needs. They’re all very friendly and welcoming. Don't move in - lifts like to be out of service for multiple times.
Lived here for 2-3 years and loved the building, the concierge and building manager was always very helpful! Sad to leave but moved into an adjacent building. The building manager, Ronnie, was super helpful and helped organise a tug cart for the move between buildings. Moving was pretty stressful but and don't think i can get most of it done with Ronnie or the team's help! Concierge, staff are super friendly and will try their best to help, shout out Simon.
