Standards of Care Have Declined Significantly Read recent reviews, mine is on par - it's going downhill! Reading many other reviews it always gets down to the appalling receptionist/manager of reception - they are frightening in their ability to get things done - considering the common sense we expect from them. Very professional practise from reception, to general clinic staff and doctors in particular Doctor Matthew Pua who demonstrated patience, compassion and insights into my condition with follow up ideas and support.
Love this practice! Every Dr is so kind, helpful and professional. I see Dr Marina and she always goes above and beyond for both myself and now my newborn child. Couldn’t recommend more.
Booked appointment on the day, very easy process. Lovely Staff at reception made you feel welcome for a first time patient. The Dr who saw me was under supervision from a Senior Dr and they both made me feel at ease. My consultation lasted 20mins and everything was covered in that time. Thank you.
