Charged me $210 and gave me one of the most outrageous estimate ever with zero explanation. Kinda feels like a "i dont want to do it" estimate. $190 for an exhaust clamp is ridiculous. 24 hours to r&r an engine is idiotic. $10k for a long block is insane when i can by a Mopar in the crate for 8k
Absolutely amazing, took my concerns to heart and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Meshal went above and beyond until we found the perfect fit !!! I can’t thank Meshal, Troy, Vanessa, Al, along with the rest of South Bank Dodge staff enough for the warm welcome to my fur baby as well. What a blessing!! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. Horrible service, not honest. The car was not repaired properly, and communication was lacking. Despite having four appointments to resolve the issue, the problem remains unresolved, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to others. Don't go southbank....
