Location is 5 For the value though ? 0-1 service is good, but not service of a Marriott . For that, I’d give a 3 rooms 1 star- smell of mold, carpets are gross, moldy, old and I contracted bacterial infection on my legs and feet and toes. Lack of cleaning throughout like a deep clean and it shoes. Dining - 2 Wings came out raw in center and cold to the touch Breakfast- not good And too late in am - doesn’t start until 7 am ?! I was referred by Marco to stay at south bank due to the location of my training downtown. During my stay the staff was wonderful and room service was pretty quick with responding. Thank you again Marco and Thank you to Southbank for a wonderful stay, I'll make sure to refer our organization next time we're training in Jacksonville.

Highly disappointed in my stay at the South Bank Hotel. I have stayed here 2-3 times before and never experienced this kind of problem. Upon checking into my room, a huge ant crawled from behind the bed. When going down to the front desk to ask for a room change I was met with a very unprofessional young man who laughed in my face about there being bugs in my room.
