Great location on St John's River Southbank Riverwalk. We had a wonderful stay. The rooftop view of the 4th of July Fireworks was outstanding. We were actually able to see both Northbank and Southbank fireworks simultaneously 🤩 The staff were all very friendly and helpful UPDATE: second stay was as good

I just want to say that the nice lady at the front counter named Jay is amazing! She took her time and looked around to find a a room with a balcony but unfortunately there was none available, but because of that fact she took her time out of the day and got me a room with a view of the river which is extremely excellent! She's a very pretty sweet young lady and definitely 100% deserves a raise! It's wonderful to come to a hotel and feel so warm and welcome like family 🥰 thank you Miss Jay will be back this is from Brittany... read more

A surprisingly tired looking hotel. Rooms are fine but the whole space feels like it was built in 1970 and hasn’t had a facelift since.

We visited the Southbank hotel for the rooftop experience comedy show this past weekend. The show was phenomenal and I would recommend it to anybody! Just know that it is adults only. We also ate at Southbank Johnnie’s downstairs afterwards. The food was delicious! We got the Smashburger and the chicken confetti pasta. I would highly recommend both!
