Dont be like us and stay here for a cheaper rate! Horrible service all across the board (except for the sweet lady who helped us with breakfast. Ms H. Is amazing!) on our first night we someone charged $497 to our room. We attempted to get this resolved with the front desk, no luck with that. I can’t tell you how many times we have been on the phone with so many different ppl and they can’t get it corrected and refund our money as promised. Very disappointing, three days for event at the hotel. Day 2 , ants coming in the a/c. Day 3 , fleas bites? Do not except room on first floor, apparently this is where they give rooms for pet owners 😖will not return! This hotel needs serious overhaul
